Dr. Leong Choon Kit is a passionate family physician and public health advocate with extensive experience in primary care, public policy, and vaccination initiatives. As the leader of Tampines Family Medicine Clinic and the Class Primary Care Network, he has been instrumental in shaping healthcare delivery and co-authoring the Adult Vaccination Guidelines to improve public health outcomes.
Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Leong is deeply committed to community engagement and education. He actively addresses critical issues such as teenage suicide prevention, cancer awareness, and special needs advocacy through medical missions and collaborations with schools and healthcare organizations.
Dr. Leong also holds academic positions as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School and the National University of Singapore (NUS), where he mentors students and young doctors. His dedication to nurturing future healthcare leaders is evident in his work in postgraduate medical training and fostering innovation in primary care systems.
